Our Classes

Home Hustle is a straight-to-the-point, virtual, no equipment needed class that runs three times a week! If you have been looking for something to keep you on track, this uplifting, equipment free series of exercises is for you. The exercises can be modified to accommodate for a variety of abilities.

Spin is a group exercise class done on stationary ‘spinning’ bikes. It is high energy, it’s sweaty, it’s intense, and it’s incredibly motivating. It can push you to your limit or if you are new to the class, you can work at your own speed and keep it light. Both allow for a great work out , fun camaraderie and fantastic calorie burn. For real.

Yoga (Vinyasa II) is a powerful practice that links the breath with movement. This is a flow sequence that will get you moving together and engage your core and your mind. is a more challenging yoga sequence that will leave you sweating and tone your muscles. Beginners are welcome and poses can be modified to suit your needs. Make sure to bring lots of water.

DanceFit These classes are exercise in disguise! At The Centre, our Dancefit class creates a dance party atmosphere! When you attend one of our classes you will enjoy a series of aerobic dance moves, incorporating interval training, to popular music. With alternating fast and slow rhythms, this class will quickly get your heart pumping, but you’ll be so lost in the music you’ll barely notice.

Circuit training
Energize and strengthen your body as you cycle through various exercise moves with minimal rest in between. This workout is designed to enhance cardiovascular and muscular strength. Modifications for every move will be demonstrated.

My name is Matt Polowyk aka “yoga Matt”. I teach Yoga at The Centre. When I competed my 200hr yoga teacher training in Jiquilillo in Nicaragua,  it totally changed my life and career path.  I am so happy that I get to teach something that I love so much

I’m Jenny and I teach DanceFit at The Centre. These classes are exercise in disguise! At my classes you will enjoy a series of aerobic dance moves, incorporating interval training, to popular music.
