It is impossible to realize potential without first believing potential is achievable. Make small goals on the road to a larger goal and
make a change everyday to get there. Fitness transformations can happen to anybody willing to educate themselves on the process. Success in fitness is as much determined by the amount of “hard work” you put in on the gym floor as it is by the “smart
work” you put in the kitchen. Muscle gains or fat losses must be facilitated by a mindful complete diet.

Jenny grew up in the Windsor area where she began dancing at the age of 4. Now a mom of 3, with degrees in Child Psychology and Women’s Studies, she has realized how important personal fitness is to not just our physical health, but our mental health as well. She believes that a successful fitness routine should centre on something you love, after all, if you cannot have fun while working out, how do you expect to keep it up? Jenny’s classes feel like you’re at a party dancing among friends. She encourages laugther and friendly banter and uses party lights to create a dance club atmosphere. Jenny is licensed to teach Adult Zumba, Zumba Kids, Zumba Kids Jr and Zumbini. Her philosophy? – Leave your worries behind and join me on the dance floor! Jessica Wood is a lover of all things fitness and wellness. Her journey began in 2008 when she took her first vinyassa class and fell in absolute love. Since then she has obtained three different yoga certifications, launched a mom and baby yoga series, intensely studied meditation in Hawaii, and has taught yoga one-on-one to elite athletes and hockey teams in Toronto.
After finding great solace in her practice and helping others find theirs, her body felt it needed to reap the deeper benefits of physical conditioning which eventually led to running, attending various boot camp style classes, and lifting weights. Coming from a fourteen-year competitive dance background and being a very active individual, this new found aspect of fitness left Jessica feeling her absolute best and wanting to share the sentiment with others. Today, Jessica is continuing to instruct yoga and body resistant style classes in beautiful Georgian Bay.
Additionally, Jessica is educated in the Holistic Nutrition field and firmly believes that the key to achieving healthful success is based on living a well-rounded lifestyle through clean eating, good energy, fresh air, and physical activity.
Off her mat, Jessica enjoys laughing the days away with my husband and our two young boys, preparing raw vegan treats, reading, traveling, eating delicious foods, and spending time outside.
