A low body only work out. This circuit style work out will have you moving back and forth from weights to bikes, doing a variety of leg exercises and using spin bikes for active recovery before going to the next station. If you dread leg day, or worse, skip it; then come check out Leg Camp, our instructors will get you through it!
Workout of the Day
From strength and cardiovascular training to agility and endurance work, Workout of the Day incorporates all aspects of fitness. You never know what you’re going to get week to week as variety is the name of the game at WOD. Learn a new lift or push yourself to your limits with metabolic conditioning. You won’t want to miss this full body workout!
Spinning is a group exercise class done on stationary ‘spinning’ bikes. It is high energy, it’s sweaty, it’s intense, and it’s incredibly motivating. It can push you to your limit or if you are new to the class, you can work at your own speed and keep it light. Both allow for a great work out , fun camaraderie and fantastic calorie burn. For real.
Energize and strengthen your body as you cycle through various exercise moves with minimal rest in between. This workout is designed to enhance cardiovascular and muscular strength. Modifications for every move will be demonstrated.
A slow-paced restorative practice that is meant to stretch the body and relax the mind. Props and blankets are used to aid in the postures and help deepen or support the pose. Each pose can be held anywhere from 2-7 minutes allowing time to relax into each position. This class is perfect to calm the mind and relax the body.
A slower-paced flow practice. Hatha yoga will start slowly to build power into the practice through sun salutation sequences. This practice will engage your core and stabilizer muscles through slow movements and holding postures for longer periods. Harness your inner power through slow mindful movements. Make sure to bring lots of water.
Vinyasa II Yoga
A powerful practice that links the breath with movement. This practice is a flow sequence that will get you moving together and engage your core. Vinyasa II is a more challenging yoga sequence that will leave you sweating and tone your muscles. Beginners are welcome and poses can be modified to suit your needs. Make sure to bring lots of water.
Created by Zumba® and BabyFirst, this class is for kids ages 0-4 and their caregivers. The Zumbini® program combines music, dance and educational tools for 45 minutes of can’t-stop, won’t-stop bonding, learning, and fun! Registration for this class includes a character stuffed toy, book with song lyrics, access to the app and YouTube channel as well as a CD with all the songs used in class!

Zumba / Dance Fit
These classes are exercise in disguise! At The Centre, our ClubFit class creates a dance party atmosphere! When you attend one of our classes you will enjoy a series of aerobic dance moves, incorporating interval training, to popular music. With alternating fast and slow rhythms, this class will quickly get your heart pumping, but you’ll be so lost in the music you’ll barely notice.
