We offer classes for every level of fitness! Book a class now by clicking on the button below, and reserve your place!

Body Blast

Body Blast is a front lead low weight high repetition full body workout. Break a sweat using many different functional movements and learning how to lift weights with the instructor up front doing the whole work out to guide you through every exercise!

Circuit training

Challenge your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems as your complete this full body circuit training workout. There is minimal rest between exercises, so you’re guaranteed to work up a sweat and leave feeling energized! Exercises are appropriate for intermediate to advanced fitness enthusiasts, although regressions of the exercises will be demonstrated for beginners as well.

SPIN

Spinning is a group exercise class done on stationary ‘spinning’ bikes. It is high energy, it’s sweaty, it’s intense, and it’s incredibly motivating. It can push you to your limit or if you are new to the class, you can work at your own speed and keep it light. Both allow for a great work out , fun camaraderie and  fantastic calorie burn. For real.

Ashtanga Yoga

 A synchronized style of vinyasa (flow) yoga. Meaning, you never really stop in a resting position like other styles of yoga. You flow in between each posture keeping blood flowing and allowing your body to stay active. The individual poses (asanas) are linked by flowing movements (vinyasas).  Ashtanga is a series of postures that are the same every time. This allows you to get to know the movements and truly see the improvements in your body as well as your mind. Ashtanga Vinyasa synchronizes your breath and movements and has many other benefits.

Gentle Yoga

We don’t always feel like having a hardcore work out, sometimes we want to be lazy yet active at the same time. A gentle stretch class is a nice soft and gentle way to stretch out your body and get out those knots and pains but be relaxed at the same time.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is where all yoga styles stem from. This is a Hatha based class with a little more activation of your; muscles, mind, core and alignment. Hatha isn’t just about holding the postures, if you are in the pose properly you are working your muscles and giving into your breath to get the full benefits.  This is for any level yogi who wants to be more aware of the way the body works by activating your body to its full potential while breaking a bit of a sweat.

Zumba Tone

Zumba® Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness workout. Using Zumba® toning sticks or light weights, you’ll work every muscle group while you groove. This class helps enhance the sense of rhythm and coordination, while dancing, toning and having fun!

Zumba / Dance Fit

These classes are exercise in disguise!  At The Centre, our ClubFit class creates a dance party atmosphere! When you attend one of our classes you will enjoy a series of aerobic dance moves, incorporating interval training, to popular music. With alternating fast and slow rhythms, this class will quickly get your heart pumping, but you’ll be so lost in the music you’ll barely notice.

Zumba Kids

Does your child like to dance? Check out our Zumba Kids classes. Forget the uniform and rigid structure; here your child can simply dance and have fun! Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines to popular international music. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. These classes help develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun.

Mini (2-4), Kids (4-7), Kids (8-12)

Workout of the Day

From strength and cardiovascular training to agility and endurance work, Workout of the Day incorporates all aspects of fitness. You never know what you’re going to get week to week as variety is the name of the game at WOD. Learn a new lift or push yourself to your limits with  metabolic conditioning.  You won’t want to miss this full body workout!

Zumbini

Created by Zumba® and BabyFirst, this class is for kids ages 0-4 and their caregivers. The Zumbini® program combines music, dance and educational tools for 45 minutes of can’t-stop, won’t-stop bonding, learning, and fun! Registration for this class includes a character stuffed toy, book with song lyrics, access to the app and YouTube channel as well as a CD with all the songs used in class!
